Marilyn Westfall served as Programs Director for First UU Lubbock
for three years, organizing events that included a community-wide
sexuality education conference and a liberal religion panel discussion.
She has a Ph.D. in English and has studied and written on the Puritan
Commonwealth and Daniel Defoe; she has also studied the history of
the California Missions and its impact on Indian peoples. She was
one of the earliest members of the UU-Infidels and serves on the Board
of Directors of theinfidels.org.
